The O.R.T.A. Professional Soccer Academy ("Academy") is a sophisticated, professional soccer academy that provides elite-level (female) youth-soccer players an opportunity to play professional soccer in Europe - with guaranteed placement - after completion of one of our (3-month or 6-month) training programs in Fairfax, Virginia. The Academy seeks elite-level (ECNL type, or ODP type, or Girls Academy type) players - ages 16 to 22 - who wish to become professionals immediately in lieu of playing NCAA College Soccer.  The Academy functions as an alternative development pathway - in lieu of the structurally flawed NCAA College Soccer pathway - for those elite-level, youth soccer players who wish to make professional soccer their career or trade and who wish to play professional soccer in Europe.  It is the sole “Pathway to Professional Soccer in Europe” for these types of players.  

 

Our Academy will mentor, develop, and prepare elite-level soccer players for professional soccer in Europe - especially technically, tactically, mentally, and fitness-wise. Our Academy players that wish to be challenged will get exposure via trials to top-level European soccer clubs, such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, PSG, Olympique Lyon, Levante, etc.; otherwise, we will procure (for our Academy players that complete the required program) contracts to play professional soccer in Europe, always endeavoring to place such players in teams where they will fit well, continue to develop, and ultimately excel by virtue of their optimal performance.
